  • Question: My promo code isn't working.
  • Answer: Email hello@ironalign.com and we will try to assist. Double check that the code was entered correctly. It may be that a 3rd party site got it wrong or it has simply expired. We cannot redeem expired promo codes. We only offer promo codes to our subscribers. Keep an eye on your email and our social accounts for upcoming promotions.

 

  • Question: What form of payment do you accept?
  • Answer: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Shop, Venmo, and PayPal. 

 

  • Question: Will I be charged sales tax?
  • Answer: Sales tax varies depending on where you live and what items you purchase. This process is done automatically for you when placing an order.

 

  • Question: Where do you ship?
  • Answer: We ship to all 50 US States and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship to any other US territories, mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding services, or PO Boxes. Any restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.

 

  • Question: How much does shipping cost?
  •  Answer: Any order over $75 shipped within the contiguous US will receive free shipping. All other shipping costs will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable. Please note that if you’d like to receive your order sooner, you can select expedited shipping. Increased shipping costs will be applied at checkout for this service.

 

  • Question: What’s your return policy?
  • Answer: Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

    Returns Accepted Within 10 Days

    We only accept returns for the purpose of exchange. Exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of the date of delivery. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

    To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

    If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team at hello@ironalign.com within the 10-day return to exchange period. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for an exchange.

 

  • Question: When will I receive my order?
  • Answer: All orders are processed within approximately 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day and will ship within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.
