Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Return for Exchange - Accepted Within 10 Days

We only accept returns for the purpose of exchange. All exchange requests must be received on or before 10 days since you purchased your item. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at hello@ironalign.com within the 10-day return-to-exchange period. We will provide you with instructions.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Support: Send an email hello@ironalign.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return to exchange.
  • Wait for Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  • Pack Your Item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include a copy of the packing slip or your order confirmation email in the package.
  • Ship Your Item: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchange Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@ironalign.com immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

We only offer exchanges; we do not offer refunds.
